Eternal Preview in Comics

This week in comics, DC is putting Zero Year off for a month to showcase a few things from the upcoming weekly comic, Batman Eternal, which starts in April. Also with that, comes JLA's continuation and a new Deadpool issue. Read on for some previews.

First off, the big one.

Batman #28

Anything goes here, as the spoilers and look ahead on the next year of exciting Batman stories starts here. With speculation that Harper Row will replace Nightwing going on, this should be the issue that either makes or breaks that theory. If you've been keeping up with the DC Universe lately, Nightwing's getting cancelled, and you may get why. Unless DC's just messing with us. But I doubt that.

Justice League of America #12

It's the first of three final issues before this book simply relaunches under a different name, but the story's coming to an end. The Crime Syndicate is ruining the DC Universe and this comic, I feel, is just giving Martian Manhunter and Stargirl some time to shine. It's just been them for a while now, and I feel like Forever Evil may have messed the flow of this book up. Although, I'll be honest, that was probably the point of this book.

Deadpool #23

It's been a while since the last issue of Deadpool, but this one continues the Deadpool vs. SHIELD arc and just a whole bunch of silly fun. Deadpool's been fun for a while, which is okay because last arc was very intense and at times, serious. Deadpool's just crazy.

That's all from me tonight. Check back tomorrow for some Olympics stuff, and, finally, Lightning Returns coverage!
